The exhibiton is divided into four sections, Storytelling, Building, Belonging of confronting and Performance. The contemporary art pieces are very much out there and I must say my favourite is 'Little Rich Girls' by Yinka Shonibare.Yinka Shonibare and Hussein Chalayan, new work was commissioned especially for Aware by London College of Fashion and the Royal Academy of Arts. Yinka Shonibare has created 18 designs of childrens dresses with inspiration from the 19th century. She worked with bespoke tailor Chris Stevens to create a wall of memorial.
